Louise Thompson has revealed she's been forced to miss a dream family holiday after recently being hospitalised again.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share that she was back in hospital due to an "unexpected situation" before revealing that she was meant to be jetting off to St Lucia the following day.
The mum-of-one, who shares son Leo-Hunter, one, with fiancé Ryan Libbey, 31, shared a snap from her hospital bed and told her followers: "We were supposed to be flying to St Lucia this morning.
"I am so upset that we aren't able to go because I really needed some sun + sea".
However, Louise went on to say she's grateful her new health scare hadn't occurred while she was abroad.
"But at the same time I am SO grateful that this all happened on English soil because I have no idea what the outcome would have been abroad," she added.
Louise told her fans she was back in hospital on 31 January, taking to her Stories to share a lengthy message about what has been going on in her personal life over recent days.
She began by saying: "I've been quiet on here recently because I had a bit of an unexpected situation again. Don't really know what to say right now, except a huge thanks to everyone that's kept the older ticker ticking."
Louise continued: "I feel like I've very much used up my quota of NHS services at this point. Eeek. I can't help but feel a bit guilty about it all.
"I guess the only message for today is to take NOTHNG for granted. Oh and without sounding too dramatic, tell everyone that you love them RIGHT NOW."

Louise's latest health update comes after she opened up about her health battle with a rare condition and underwent an operation.
The 32 year old first told her followers about her possible diagnosis back in September last year, when she was heading to a scan of her pelvis to confirm whether or not it was Asherman's Syndrome.
She has now had to go through a "small operation" to try to get rid of the scar tissue in her uterus that stems from her condition.
In an Instagram post, Louise talked about her operation. She said: "Just a small op to try and get rid of all the scar tissue from my Asherman’s syndrome so I can hopefully start to have a normal P and feel like my old self again."
Louise had a difficult and traumatic birth with her son Leo, as she ended up in the ICU while he was taken cared of in the NICU.
She has continued to document her recovery and health battles on Instagram with her followers, and has been open and honest about the setbacks she's suffered and the impact her experiences have had on her mental health.
