Channel 5’s On The Farm host Helen Skelton, 38, has revealed her Saturday night plans were disrupted by an “emergency” appointment. The star, who is expecting her third baby with husband Richie Myler, took to Instagram to update her 258,000 followers on her unexpectedly eventful evening.
Helen shared a photo from inside a dentist’s waiting room.
The mum-of-two wrote alongside it: “Not quite the Saturday night I had in mind.
“Emergency dentist it is….
“God bless this superhero of a tooth wizard,” the star gushed, hinting that her health issue had been fixed.
Fortunately, before her dental issue, Helen had enjoyed a festive evening out with her sons and husband Richie.
The pregnant star posted a photo of the family of four yesterday standing outside a palatial house.
Helen penned alongside it: “Festivities ……. there is nothing stressful about taking kids that think they are ninjas around a beautifully decorated historic house at night.
Nothing. At all. #christmas #festive #festivities #harewood #britain #historichouse,” the star quipped.
In the snap, Helen’s blossoming baby bump could be seen underneath her cosy chunky knit scarf.
She wrapped up warm in a black puffer jacket and accessorised with black leather boots featuring silver studs.
Helen and Richie’s children, Ernie and Louis, grinned for the camera while standing between their parents.
Rugby player Richie smiled while wearing an all-black outfit complete with a wooly hat.

Helen’s third child is expected to arrive on New Year’s Eve.
The star previously joked about the possibility of giving birth while filming her show, On The Farm.
Helen was chatting to BBC Radio Wales host Carol Vorderman earlier this month when the issue got brought up.
“I can’t believe you’re doing Winter On The Farm three weeks before you’re due to give birth to your third [child],” Carol exclaimed.
Helen replied: “Everyone’s saying ‘Oh, it’s a bit close’.
“But, as I’m sure any parent will testify, sometimes going to work is like a break – particularly on a live show.
“My husband was like ‘Is it a good idea?’
“I said, ‘I’ll get my tea made every night – you won’t!'”
