Former Blink-182 singer/bassist Tom DeLonge recently reiterated that he is open to the possibility of returning to the band in the near future.
“Yes everybody, I will play with Blink again,” DeLonge said in an interview with San Diego radio station 91X. “That’s the whole plan. I talk to Travis [Barker] all the time and I talked to Mark [Hoppus] just the other day. We’re always discussing what makes sense and when.”
“There’s creative differences in what I do, and what my brothers in Blink do,” he added. “We like different things, and we like different music, but we’re still good friends and we still support each other.”
DeLonge quit Blink-182 in 2015 to focus more on his research into UFO appearances.
Last week, DeLonge told Kerrang! he has “way too much going on” to reunite with Blink-182 right now but plans on a reunion “in the future.”
