A WOMAN who underwent a dramatic weight loss journey has shared her go-to meals.
The content creator showed her followers how to make healthy dishes.
In her video, TikTok user Rosa Charice (@rosacharice) demonstrated how to make two keto-inspired meals.
First, Rosa gave her audience a glimpse of her impressive transformation.
"I lost 100 pounds in four months, here’s what I eat," she told her viewers.
For her first meal, the TikToker made a healthy alternative to a cheeseburger.
Rosa sliced a tomato and fried four ounces of turkey mince before adding lettuce, ketchup, and cheese.
The influencer used a toothpick to hold together the bunless burgers.
After seasoning, she added a side of smashed avocado to her plate.
For her second dish, Rosa fried a steak, along with bell peppers and broccoli.

The TikTok user also added a side of cherry tomatoes to go along with the meal.
To accompany her healthy dinner, Rosa drank a supplement for gut health.
Rosa also explained to her followers that she also used intermittent fasting on her weight loss journey.
