A US tourist has left Brits in stitches after sharing a video of himself discovering Costa Coffee for the first time.
The popular British coffeehouse chain is a staple part of most high streets in the country but it is not the same story over the pond.
Currently there are no Costas in the US – which goes some way to explaining why one man was truly flabbergasted by the shop.
Taking to TikTok, a man under the username @mr.miami_uk films himself walking into a store in Wolverhampton.
It is immediately clear he has never heard or seen such a place in his life by comically pronouncing it "coaster".
At first, he explains the set up is quite similar to American chain Starbucks but when he sat down with his croissants, butter and jam, it all starts to change.
He lifts up a small pot of Strawberry conserve by Bonne Maman and says: “I don’t know who Bonne Maman is but whoever made this dam jelly, I swear it’s the best.”
As he starts dipping his croissants into the jam, he jokes: “Only in England could I have French jelly, Irish butter, French croissants.”
The man then takes the rather unusual step of dipping his pastry into his cup of mocha.
“I like to dip my croissants in everything,” he explains.
The video was only posted two days ago but has already been seen more than 300,000 times.
One viewer wrote: “This is so wholesome.”
Antoher added: “Coaster, I love that haha.”
“Dipping croissants in coffee is actually a shout,” a third said.
