Love Island star Jack Fincham has been open about his weight loss journey in the past and has now revealed exactly how he’s become so fit.
The TV star, who shot to fame on the reality series back in 2018, has now taken up boxing and will make his debut on November 10 in a competition.
After revealing he’s quit partying to help his physique after becoming a father to daughter Blossom earlier his year, Jack is now in the best shape of his life.
In his new series with The Sun he tells former co-star Josh Denzel: “I've done about a stone and a half so far but I've probably got a stone to go."

Jack previously shed an impressive two stone in just 12 weeks on a nutrition and fitness plan.
Prior to his body transformation, the TV star was informed by doctors that he was clinically obese; prompting him to lose 11 cm off his waist and 42% body fat.
The former pen salesman weighed 15st 12lb at the start of his weight loss journey, and after shedding 9kg he weighed an impressive 14st 6lbs.
Jack followed the Slender Plan programme, where he partook in a vigorous workout routine while overhauling his diet.
Discussing his impressive results, the reality star exclaimed: "I am so grateful for Protein World’s help with getting me training right and eating more healthily and providing me with an incredible personal trainer who helped me focus on training correctly.
"Their plan is so simple to follow, and I can easily fit it into my day and with my boxing training."
