It is no secret that Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch are best friends. If you follow either of the two on Instagram you will see their very public adoration for one another documented in a series of selfies and video clips.

The closeness of the two Essex-based stars has prompted some online to suggest they are literally morphing into one another.

It is no wonder that the pair have forged such a bond; they both have young babies, are based in Essex and, perhaps most crucially, share a deep passion for organising and cleaning.

Let’s take a look inside their adorable friendship…

How did Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch meet?

The two went public with their friendship when Mrs Hinch posted a picture of them sat on a sofa with their babies in their laps. The cleanfluencer captioned the picture: “When women support other women amazing things happen…

She then went on to detail how the two of them became friends, after she was struggling with her newfound fame, writing: “one day I received a message from this amazing woman, simply asking me if I’m ok.

"It’s like she just knew I wasn’t. Even though I hadn’t made this apparent to anyone. I found myself pouring my heart out to her by message, asking how she handles the public eye with a newborn.

“And what she said to me was 'right I’m coming round for a cuppa!' A cuppa ?! I couldn’t believe it! Stacey Solomon in my house?

"Ive followed Stacey since her X factor days so to me I was having a celeb round and I felt nervous! But Stacey, like me , is just a normal person and a mum simply trying to do her best in life.

“She turned up at my house with her beautiful baby Rex in one arm & McDonald’s in the other for us both! And I just felt myself wanting to cry.

"A mix of emotions I can’t even explain. We sat down , we ate junk food , fed our babies & talked .. talked for hours and I can honestly say I feel like a huge weight has been lifted and I’m ready to face this public eye!”

Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch’s babies are best pals

Rex Solomon was born 23 May 2019 and Ronnie Hinchcliffe was born 20 June 2019. The two, alike to their mothers, are best friends.

Late last year Mrs Hinch uploaded a pic of the two babies in matching rompers. Rex’s had written on it: “My best friend Ronnie” with an arrow pointing to his little pal, and Ronnie’s get up was the same but with his arrow pointed to Rex.

The mothers often meet up with their sons for playdates and recently Stacey shared a snap of the two sat in a swing chair together, captioning it: "I know it’s late but I couldn’t resist… these two made us smile so much tonight… Friendships are everything. We love you to the moon and back boys… " So sweet.

Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch’s matching homes

Aside from being close in terms of friendship, the pair also live in close proximity and in recent months it has become apparent that their taste in interior designs is similar.

Mrs Hinch’s stunning house is full of luxurious-looking grey furniture in crushed velvet, and marvellous grey throw pillows and accessories.

Meanwhile, the Solomon/Swash residence was renovated late last year and includes grey bean bags and a stunning grey sofa – we are certain Mrs Hinch approves. Additionally both Rex and Ronnie own the same crib and yep, you guess it… it’s grey.

Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch’s similar fashion sense

The stars also seemingly share a similar fashion sense, opting for a laid back casual look when together. Mrs Hinch even recently supported her pal’s range for Primark by wearing some of the clothes.

Stacey uploaded a snap of her friend on a FaceTime call, and captioned it: "This makes me so happy that one of my best friends is wearing the jumper I made."

In winter the two went on a night out to watch Joe Swash compete in Dancing On Ice, wearing a nearly matching look. The women wore black tops to the event and both had perfectly manicured nails and had similarly glossy hair and make up.

Stacey Solomon and Mrs Hinch’s shared passion for tidying

While Mrs Hinch made her name from cleaning and tidying, this is a love that the best friends share. The Loose Women star has recently been uploading images of her trademark “tap to tidy” style in which she posts before and afters shot of her tackling household clutter to her Instagram story.

Naturally many have been comparing the two but Stacey hit back in the caption of the picture of the two about to go on a night out.

She wrote: “When they try to pit you against each other but there’s no gaps here for your cruel wedges.

“#friendsbeforeb******s #taptotidy #hinching. Women supporting women is what it’s all about. Happy Sunday everyone.”

Alike to Mrs Hinch, who has published a few books, Stacey has also just been given a deal with Penguin Random House. Her debut book will focus on organising hacks and home crafts.

The Loose Women panelist announced the news on Instagram, writing: “So excited and a bit emotional. If it wasn’t for you giving me the confidence to dream it, this wouldn’t be possible so thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

We are sure Mrs Hinch will be one of the first to buy the book!

Stacy Solomon and Mrs Hinch's date night with their partners

It seems that Stacey and Mrs Hinch's partners, Joe and Jamie, may also get on rather well.

Recently Mrs Hinch invited both Stacey and Joe over to her's for an evening with all the children.

The influencer decorated her house with personalised balloons, and put on an array of retro snacks including Freddo chocolates and Nerds sweets, and then they ate pizza and laughed about attempting to breakdance.

The main part of the night saw the family friends watch Dirty Dancing on a projector outside in the garden, and it looked so cute we wished we'd been there too!
