Self-made millionaire Sebastian Ghiorghiu has angered many after speaking out about his impressive wealth.

The podcaster was slammed online after he claimed all men in their twenties should own a Lamborghini because $200,000 (£162,400) is nothing more than 'chump change'.

The 24-year-old businessman from Detroit, US, alleges to have made $8million (£6.5million) in just six years through various sources of income. This includes setting up a Google ad agency, flipping houses and making YouTube videos.

As well as this, the entrepreneur, who boasts 825,000 subscribers, has also has money through his dropshipping companies.

Dropshippers are a 'middleman' between a business and a customer by accepting orders without keeping any stock or handling the product.

In a clip from a recent podcast episode, Sebastian caused a stir on Twitter after he insisted all young men should be able to afford a sports car.

In the viral clip, which attracted more than 2.4million views, Sebastian said: "If you're a guy in your twenties and you don't have a Lamborghini, you should actually sit down and have like a serious discussion with yourself as to why you don't have a Lambo.

"Because I realise now that it is so incredibly easy and there's so much money out there.

"$200,000, relative to what is out there in circulation and what you can grab, especially now with AI tools that you can leverage like never before, $200,000 is chump change."

After sharing the clip, one annoyed Twitter user wrote: "I think we need to halt podcasts until we figure out what is going on."

While another fumed: "Leverage AI! Of course, why didn't I think of that? It all seems so simple now."

A third chimed in: "Urgh I want to throw up after listening to that."

While a fourth joked: "If anyone in the replies agrees with him, you need to DM me and send $100k since that's chump change. Otherwise your reply is invalid."

Responding to the backlash, Sebastian tweeted: "This 18 year old kid I know starting drop shipping a couple months ago.

"Did 12K by noon today with 30% margins and had to shut off ads because he needs a credit card and [you're] still winging because I said you should be able to afford a lambo in your 20's. Grow up already."

In another follow-up tweet, he then added: "Back then people had to physically work to earn money nowadays you can push buttons in bed and make 10x more, maybe even 100x if you are smart about it."

Sebastian , whose parents emigrated from Romania to the US in the late 1980s, last year shared a video on his YouTube channel where he spoke about his career so far.

He said he's always dreamt of being wealthy and started working for $8.25 (£6.70)-an-hour in Taco Bell and KFC while he was still in high school.

After working at a car wash too, Sebastian bought an Infiniti G35 car which inspired his first business venture.

He claimed: "I started flipping cars. I had nine cars by the time I was 19."

After originally wanting to become a neurosurgeon, Sebastian recalled how he dropped out of college to become a real estate agent after discovering fellow YouTuber Graham Stephan's tips.

At the age of 19, Sebastian then claims he had a net worth of $70-80,000 (£57,000-£65,000) thanks to his real estate work, YouTube channel and dropshipping ventures.

He added: "So naturally what a 19-year-old boy is going to do when you give him money is he's going to buy a [Nissan] GTR.

"It was my dream car and it was like my first trophy, my first staple of success in my life."
