SO a Europa League medal to end a glittering Chelsea career for Eden Hazard but who will replace him?

David Luiz's choice is England international Callum Hudson-Odoi.

Following the final in Baku, the Brazilian said: “I think we have many many talents within the club to replace him.

“Callum is great. Callum has known this club since he was young and he has the talents to one day try to be like Eden.

“It's a new story for Callum. It didn't start so well because of the injury but it is time for him to improve in other sides [of his game].”

EDEN HAZARD has all but confirmed he will leave Chelsea after delivering the Europa League trophy with two goals against Arsenal.

SunSport earlier broke the news that the Belgian would join Real Madrid with a fee worth up to £115m agreed between the two clubs.

And Hazard told BT Sport in Baku: “We will decide in a few days and the only target in my mind tonight was to win this final.

“I have made my decision already and now I'm waiting on both clubs.

“I think it is a goodbye, but in football you never know.

“My dream was to play in the Premier League and I have done that for one of the biggest clubs so maybe now it is the time for a new challenge.”
