Andy Cohen Wants Lindsay Lohan to Join Real Housewives of Dubai

Bravo announced ‘The Real Housewives of Dubai’ on November 1, making the show the first international edition of the network’s famous ‘Real Housewives’ franchise.

AceShowbiz -Bravo has expanded its “Real Housewives” franchise with “The Real Housewives of Dubai“. While the cast for the new installment has yet to be revealed, Bravo executive producer Andy Cohen has someone whom he’d love to see on the show.

During his appearance in the Thursday, November 4 episode of “The Talk“, Andy weighed in on the idea of Lindsay Lohan joining the cast of “The Real Housewives of Dubai”. “Let me tell you something. It’s a good idea, Jerry,” the 53-year-old radio personality told Jerry O’Connell.

This is not the first time for Andy to share such sentiment. Back on November 2, he told TMZ, “I love that idea,” when asked about the A-list star heading to the show. “I would love it. I love Lindsay Lohan,” he continued to speak of Lindsay, who has been living in Dubai for some time now.

It is, unfortunately, very unlikely for Lindsay to join the show as Andy revealed on “The Talk” that the cast for “The Real Housewives of Dubai” has been selected despite not being announced yet. Of the cast, Andy said, “It’s a billionaire’s playground. They’re a group of friends. It’s great. We haven’t announced the cast yet. But we’re really excited about them.”

He went on to tease, “The wealth there, I think, makes it something that people are going to be very curious about from the get-go.”

Bravo announced “The Real Housewives of Dubai” on November 1, making it the first international edition of the franchise. According to the press release from Bravo, the new show is set to put the spotlight on “a group of women navigating their relationships, careers and supremely lavish and ultra-wealthy lifestyles in the United Arab Emirates. With the desert paradise of Dubai as the backdrop, this billionaire’s playground is known for its over-the-top opulence, jaw-dropping modern architecture and wild nightlife scene.”

Andy added in a statement, “Everything’s bigger in Dubai, and I couldn’t be more excited to launch Bravo’s first international ‘Housewives’ series in a city I’ve been fascinated by for years, with an outstanding group of friends as our guides.”
