Celebs Go Dating expert Anna Williamson admitted she cried for the first time in the agency on Wednesday evening, moved by one of her famous clients.
Watching from home, E4 viewers were equally moved to tears, watching the emotional scene play out on their screens.
It all kicked off when Kimberly Hart Simpson appeared in their office, discussing her blossoming romance with fellow housemate Shane.
Romance gurus Anna and Paul Carrick Brunson discussed her progress in the mansion, praising her commitment to taking their advice on board.
Reflecting on her experience in the agency, Paul said: "You quite honestly are the sexiest woman in this mansion. Fact, because you’re real. So you’re naturally attractive, I think you’re authentic and on top of it, you’re confident.
"Shane recognised that. Like you are a bird that has a new pair of wings right now. And you are going to fly high when you leave this mansion, so thank you."
Kimberly started to cry, and Anna couldn't help but get teary-eyed when she saw her red eyes, saying: "You’re making me well up!'
Anna said: "Never measure yourself against anyone else. I never get emotional and actually, it's the first time you've seen me emotional in this agency."
Pointing her finger at Kimberly, Anna added: "The level of authenticity you've brought to this agency is rare. So thank you."
Meanwhile, over on Twitter, viewers felt their eyes tearing up as they watched the scene unfold, praising both Anna and Kimberly for their genuine personalities.
One said: "@kimberly_h_s and @awilliamsonTV making me cry."
"I'm Crying, @kimberly_h_s Deserves So Much Happiness I've Loved Her Since Day One," wrote a second.
And a third chimed: "Seeing Anna get all teary has made me ball. For god's sake #CelebsGoDating. [sic]"
Paul and Anna then asked Kimberly whether she had found love with Shane, with the pair having spent weeks getting to know one another in the sprawling Surrey mansion.
While Kimberly knew her feelings were strong, she admitted she wouldn't know for sure until filming on the series wrapped.
"This bubble is too secure to make me know," she said, before adding: "I love what he’s shown me."
