Dancing on Ice 2020 stars ‘forced to watch horror video’ before taking part

Dancing On Ice is notoriously unforgiving, as a bunch of celebs risk life and limb on the ice.

Chatting about the threat of injury, Love Island star Maura Higgins revealed the cast were made to watch a warning video before training began.

Speaking at the Dancing on Ice launch, she grimaced over "that video that we watched".

The brutal video footage shows the celebs the different sorts of accidents that can occur on the ice, as a form of a warning.

Caprice Bourret added: "Oh my God I tuned out halfway through. I did The Jump, and I thought I was going to die every day.

"It's awful! This was after we signed up, after. It's all bravado. You don't think about it."

Michael Barrymore explained: "It's showing all these horrendous injuries, cut throats."
