The 64-year-old ex-presenter says the corporation still has “a serious problem with older women”.
She writes in the Radio Times: “Despite years of pressure, including legal action, the corporation is still resisting putting older women on TV. It has had 10 years since promises made after my tribunal win to put its house in order.”
She adds there are far more older male presenters than older women.
