The new James Bond movie No Time To Die has seen a plot leak following the film’s delay from April until November. Spotted by Bond news site MI6 HQ, production call sheets from the Italian shoot have found their way onto eBay, revealing scene details, including a mysterious new character. WARNING: POTENTIALLY MAJOR SPOILERS FOR NO TIME TO DIE AHEAD.
Numbered scenes give plot details and an indication of where they take place in the movie.
Some of the scenes listed on the call sheet are very late in the movie, with one likely to be No Time To Die’s actual ending.
MI6 HQ point out how one of the scenes features Léa Seydoux’s Madeleine Swann and Lashana Lynch’s Nomi in a location doubling for the island of Rami Malek’s villain Safin.
What’s surprising is the existence of a third character, who is not James Bond, in these final scenes.

The character is a child called Mathilde played by child actress Lisa-Dorah Sonnet.
Scene 235 is labelled: “Nomi pilots Madeleine and Mathilde to safety with island in the background.”
While the latest in scene 253, which could we be No Time To Die’s epilogue, reads: “Madeleine is going to tell Mathilde a story, they drive into a tunnel.”
So who is this little girl and where is Bond?
Well, early rumours for No Time To Die’s plot include genetic warfare and possible cloning.
As the outlet points out, Mathilde could well be a child clone of Madeleine created by Safin.
This would be similar to how the girl Laura in X-Men movie Logan was a female clone of sorts, and the daughter, of Wolverine.
It’s also worth pointing out that No Time To Die is set five years after the end of Spectre.

So it’s also possible that Mathilde is the daughter of Bond and Madeleine.
As for 007’s absence in these later scenes, well who knows what happens to him.
Some fans have long since speculated that Craig’s Bond will die in No Time To Die.
But it’s also possible he has to make some sort of sacrifice to save those he loves while he fights a final battle with the baddie. Perhaps his survival will be left ambiguous?
A sacrificial death is certainly a common trope in recent blockbuster characters arcs from Iron Man in Avengers Endgame to Wolverine in Logan.
Meanwhile, other interesting plot details on the call sheet include Billy Magnussen’s CIA agent Ash being against Bond. And as for Madeleine’s secret, she tells Bond “someone is trying to frame her.”
Additionally, Safin’s lair is confirmed as a submarine pen on an island.
No Time To Die is released in UK cinemas on November 12, 2020.
