Perrie Edwards' mum let slip Little Mix's Leigh-Anne was expecting twins over THREE months ago, say fans

LEIGH-ANNE Pinnock has welcomed twin babies with her fiance, Andre Gray.

The Little Mix star surprised fans with the news that she had given birth to twins, but many pointed out that her bandmate, Perrie Edwards' mother may have let the news slip over three months ago.

29-year-old Leigh-Anne announced the news in an Instagram post on Monday in a cute snap of her holding onto her newborn babies feet.

But several fans insist they were well aware of the news of the singer's twins, months before she gave birth.

Perrie's mum Debbie Edwards seemed to accidentally let the cat out of the bag, hinting at Leigh Anne birthing multiple children.

Debbie re-posted a photo of Leigh-Anne's bump on May 4, tweeting a heartfelt-yet telling-response.

"Massive congratulations to Leigh Anne and Andre.. babies on tour xx can’t wait xx".

The plural use of "babies" led fans to come to the conclusion that the former X-Factor winner was expecting twins or triplets.

"babIES?! like PLURAL?! OMG!?! *faints*."

Another fan wrote: "I thought leigh having a twins because of the "babies" gosh debs.".

Announcing her happy news with fiance Andre Gray, the 29-year-old told fans: "We asked for a miracle, we were given two… 🥺🖤 Our Cubbies are here 😍🖤16/08/21."

Perrie wrote under her Instagram post: "Two bundles of absolute joy! I love. youmy Lee Lee!"

Their former bandmate Jesy Nelson has so far failed to acknowledge Leigh-Anne's announcement, after she previously ignored Perrie's birth.
