STUNNING Scarlett Moffatt proudly embraced her curves as she made a leap into the ocean on holiday.
Sharing a throwback from her exotic trip to Antigua this month, Scarlett encouraged fans not to let "your mind bully your body".
Scarlett said: "Don’t ever worry so much about your physical appearance that you let it stop you doing something you love or from having fun or from seeing friends or family or trying to find love.
"Don’t think aww I’ll do that once I look a certain way. Because YOU my friend are bloody PERFECT just as you are RIGHT NOW 🤍."
Scarlett recently revealed her emotional journey to body confidence in a moving social media post.
She put on an eye-popping display in a VERY busty bikini selfie after breaking down in tears over her body confidence battle.
The 30-year-old star told fans it was the first time she'd worn a two-piece in five years.
Scarlett said: “This shouldn’t be a big deal but it is and I’m actually crying whilst writing this.
"It’s took me so many years to gain confidence with my body. I’ve let it down at times and missed out on holidays and nights out because I’ve not liked what I’ve seen in the mirror.
“But hey after 5 years of not daring to wear a bikini I’m actually doing it!”
She continued: “So I hope this gives you the confidence to buy that dress, that bikini, not miss out just because your body doesn’t fit into a certain category (because let me tell you all these things are made up nobody is too slim, too curvy, too athletic, too many stretch marks, too much cellulite) LIVE YOUR BEST LIFE.”
Scarlett lost a whopping three stone and slimmed down from a size 18 to a size 8 for a fitness DVD that was released in 2018.
But in an interview on Frankie Bridge's Open Mind Podcast last year, Scarlett revealed she wanted to put on weight after the DVD was released because the 700 calorie a day diet was "detrimental" to her mental health.
She went on to slam the extreme diet DVD as the "worst thing I've ever done" and wanted to "stop people buying it".
