The Apprentice house 2022 has ‘tiny beds with just one pillow’, says fired Navid Sole

Anyone watching this year’s The Apprentice will no doubt have been impressed by the luxurious house that the candidates have all moved into.

But the BBC show’s star Navid Sole, who became the third contestant to be fired by Lord Alan Sugar, has said not every room of the property – worth a whopping £17million – is as grand as it looks.

Speaking to OK! and other outlets following his firing, the 27 year old pharmacist said the bedrooms in the mansion in London's Billionaire Row particular took a lot of getting used to.

Opening up about his time on the show, Navid told us: “Firstly, the thing that shocked me was the house because the beds that we had were just so tiny!”

Navid continued: “I’m a 6 foot guy, so you can imagine that my legs were sticking out of the bed.”

“The house is huge but the other things are tiny. It was a big transition, especially going from your king size bed with Versace covers to all of a sudden a single bed with a single duvet.”

Navid also explained that he usually likes to sleep with at least five pillows at home, but he soon realised this would not be the case during his time on the show.

He laughed: “Usually I have five pillows around me because I need a pillow behind me, one on my left side, one on my right and more under my legs, but there you just got one pillow.”

“I couldn’t sleep, I was being a bit of a diva. And we’d only get about 3-4 hours sleep. You couldn’t have your beauty sleep.”

“My face is so fresh now but when we were in that process, my face was horrible, disgusting and dry. I didn’t have time to add moisturiser or look after myself.”

This comes after Navid opened up about his experience on the long-running, popular business show.

He told us: “At least I made it to the third week, it’s better than getting fired first. And people got to see my personality.”

However, Navid, who has previously starred in other shows on the box including Rich Kids Go Skint, said he thought he had left the process a little early.

He admitted: “My most frustrating element was when Sophie [Wilding, the Project Manager] threw me under the bus because I feel like she should have been the one fired.”

Navid continued: “I made the most amount of sales compared to Steph [Affleck], Amy [Anzel], and Sophie combined together.”

“Everything in business has to do with the sales so if you make more sales that should speak more for itself. So I don’t think I should have been fired.”
