4 shot in separate Denver metro incidents Sunday – The Denver Post

Four people were shot and injured in separate incidents in Denver and Aurora on Sunday.

Aurora police said a woman was shot while attending a large party early Sunday morning. The 1:20 a.m. shooting occurred at 14000 Vassar Ave., and police are still asking for information.

Around 3 a.m., a man was shot near Coors Field at 19th and Blake streets, according to Denver police. He had serious injuries. Police are asking anyone with information to call 720-913-7867.

Also, around 3 a.m., a man was shot in the 5100 block of Donald Avenue in Denver, according to police. That person was taken to the hospital, and his condition is unknown.

Aurora police say later on Sunday, at about 8 p.m., a woman was shot in the arm near Highline Drive and Lansing Street. She is expected to survive. Authorities talked to witnesses at the scene.
