A Qantas flight from Bali to Sydney descended into chaos on Tuesday when a woman refused to get out of the toilet and the plane landed with her still inside.

The woman locked herself in the bathroom on overnight flight QF44 from Denpasar before the plane began its descent over the harbour city.

Flight attendants repeatedly banged on the door and shouted at her to get out and sit down – but the woman refused.

Eventually, they gave up and the flight landed with the woman still in the bathroom.

With the plane safely touched down, a male flight attendant took the door off its hinges.

The aggravated woman began screaming at him, asking his name and saying she would get him fired.

Passengers were told to wait on board until police arrived to remove her.

A witness told Daily Mail Australia: ‘When were descending, there were four flight attendants banging on the door yelling at her and causing a scene.

‘She refused to come out so they were forced to sit and leave her in there for the next 10 minutes.

‘The descent was a bit bumpy but we touched down fine and were delayed disembarking until the police came.’

The witness described the woman as trendy. ‘She had blonde hair, blue skinny jeans and white shoes but I didn’t see her face,’ the passenger said.

‘She was still in the toilet cubicle when we got off.’

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Qantas for comment.
